Rutgers University.
Our technicians document the exact
amount of products used on each and
every house so that the correct amount
of products are used each time. Our
maintenance division is on your property
each week to ensure that there aren't
any major problems that go unnoticed.

Turf Maintenance Program
1st--- lawn treatment--(late
March/early April)
fertilization--we use a slow release
fertilizer(50% organic) for our first 3
fertilization applications + crabgrass
pre-emergent
2nd---lawn treatment---(mid-April)
broad leaf weed control---spraying of
all large broadleaf weeds----
3rd--lawn treatment-- (mid June)
Fertilization-- Grub control (for all
areas grubs may show up)--gives season
long protection to your turf.
Crabgrass pre-emergent----a second
application applied at half-rate-- we
have had fantastic results in the past
with our split applications
4th--lawn treatment--(early fall)
Fertilization
Broadleaf weed control --- for any weeds
which may have sprouted over the summer
5th--lawn treatment
Grassy weed control -spraying of any
crabgrass you may have and "nutsedge"
(the fast growing (lime green) grassy
weed that multiplies quickly
6th --lawn treatment---pelletized
lime application
7th---lawn treatment---high
phosphorus fertilizer ---for development
of deeper roots
