Sprinkler System Repair
& Maintenance
Sprinkler systems are the most
commonly used landscape irrigation.
They are efficient and available in
many sizes and flowing rates to suit
your landscape requirements.
Sprinkler systems can be as simple
as attaching them to your garden
hose and placing them in the middle
of your yard to ensure that all
areas of your landscaping receive a
required amount of water. There are
larger systems which require
irrigation installation; this type
of sprinkler system is designed for
larger landscaped areas.
Understanding the need for water
conservation, we balance the desire to
keep water bills under control while
maintaining the curb appeal of the
property. Our general sprinkler
system maintenance program includes:
Equipment Checks - Includes
controllers, valves, back flow
prevention, and sprinkler heads. (April
to Early May)
Irrigation Review - For washouts,
leaks, and soil erosion control.
Winterization - Adjustment of
sprinkler heads.
Successful sprinkler maintenance starts
with understanding the rate in inches
water is dried from soil & plant tissue
and the precipitation (rate in inches
which water is applied to the
landscape), distribution Uniformity
(evenness to which the irrigation system
distributes the water) and all the
electro-mechanical components from timer
to sprinkler head which comprise an
efficient irrigation system.
Since we manage our clients lawn and
their landscaping, this is simply an
additional service that benefits the
life of your lawn. |
