System Service Plan
For your turf and shrub beds to look
their best it is IMPERATIVE to have a
properly functioning system with an
ongoing maintenance program. We DO NOT
send an employee that will just rush
through the service.
Instead the owner, Rob Paton will
carefully go through your system
adjusting EACH AND EVERY sprinkler head
if necessary, making sure it covers all
lawn and ornamental shrubs uniformly.
In addition he will adjust the duration
and frequency of watering, and advise
you of any other servicing that needs to
be done. It is in our own best interest
to have a Sprinkler system working
properly and applying the proper amounts
of water to each zone. ALL TOO
OFTEN THIS IS NOT THE CASE, SO YOUR LAWN
TREATMENTS AND REVITALIZATION SERVICES
ARE NOT NEARLY AS EFFECTIVE AS THEY
COULD BE. Please see my
packages below which will have your
systems working optimally.
Spring Service

Turn on system and check for damage
and leaks.

Install new (9 volt) battery - so
settings are not deleted during power
failure

Adjust sprinkler heads

Adjust timer in Main Control Box
Summer

June to July

CHECK FOR LEAKS

Run through entire system to make sure
everything is in working order

Re-Adjust timer in Main Control Box
Fall

Blow out entire system to prevent freeze
damage to system (especially BACK FLOW
VALVE)

During season - repair of
sprinkler lines as well as replacement,
removal or adding of sprinkler heads.
